The hotel’s excellent leisure facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool (summer only), a tennis court and a children's play area. There is also a lovely traditional English bar and restaurant.

Stratford-upon-Avon
is a picturesque town beautifully situated on the river and with a wealth of black and white timber framed buildings.  It is, of course, most famous for being the birthplace of the world's greatest playwright, William Shakespeare.  Explore the romantic surroundings of this quintessential thatched country cottage where the young Shakespeare wooed his wife to be, Anne Hathaway, at her childhood home.


Charlecote Park
Charlecote House has been home to the Lucy family for over 800 years. Originally built in the 1550's it was substantially recreated in 1823 by George Hammond Lucy. This view was taken from the gatehouse which is now the only original Elizabethan feature to survive intact.
